Four features that make Workpop safe by default.
Verified identity
Every account is verified via OTP code sent by email. No bots, no batches of fake accounts.
Authentic reviews
Only after a completed contract. No bought reviews, no fakes.
Contract with cryptographic hash
Every signed contract includes a SHA-256 hash that proves terms weren’t altered after signing. Holds in disputes.
Reports handled by humans
On every profile, job and application you can report. The admin team is notified and acts, up to account suspension.
Common-sense (and policy) rules
Workpop works when both sides respect a few basic rules. We make them explicit.
Do
- Communicate only in the Workpop chat until contract signature (leaves a trace for disputes).
- Check profiles: rating, reviews, completed jobs, city. Beware empty profiles with zero reviews.
- ALWAYS agree price, deadline and payment method BEFORE starting work. Put it in the digital contract.
- Leave an honest review after every contract. You help the community grow.
- Report those proposing under-the-table payments, off-platform discounts, suspicious requests.
Avoid
- Don’t share bank details, copies of documents or private photos in the chat. Workpop never asks.
- Don’t pay large deposits without having seen the provider or without references. Beware insistence.
- Don’t move the conversation to WhatsApp/Telegram before the contract: you lose protections.
- Don’t click external links in messages from senders you don’t recognize — often phishing.
- Don’t leave reviews on incomplete contracts: policy violation, may lead to suspension.
