Use: public profile, jobs, messages, contracts, reviews, technical logs (IP, user agent).

Verification: the identity document you upload if you ask for the “Verified” badge.

How you found us: campaign data stored with your account or your job (see the cookie policy).

To provide the service.

For safety and abuse prevention.

• No transfer outside Switzerland without legal basis

4 · Where the data is stored

Our servers are hosted by OVH.

Job titles and descriptions are sent to Anthropic (USA) to suggest a category and to translate jobs.

Analytics and marketing tools (Google, Meta, Microsoft) are used only with your consent – see the cookie policy.

5 · Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability. To exercise them: privacy@workpop.ch – reply within 30 days.

6 · Cookies

We use essential cookies, a Workpop cookie that remembers which campaign brought you to us and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies from Google and, if enabled, Meta and Microsoft. Details on the cookie policy page (/legal/cookies).
