1 · Scope
Workpop ("we") operates the workpop.ch platform, which connects users seeking a service ("Clients") with users offering one ("Providers"), for small jobs in Switzerland.
Workpop is NOT a party to the contract between Client and Provider — we act solely as a technological intermediary. The digital contract is a bilateral agreement between the two parties.
2 · Sign-up and account
Using the platform requires an account. You must be at least 18 and provide truthful information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity on your account.
3 · Posting and applications
Clients can post requests for small jobs in supported categories.
Providers can apply to requests in their area and category, with an offer that becomes binding upon contract signature.
- Posting a job is free
- Applying is free
- Workpop keeps no commission on the agreed price
4 · Digital contract
On agreement, a digital contract with SHA-256 hash is generated, signed by both via OTP. Clear terms, evidentiary value.
Payment happens directly between Client and Provider, off-platform.
5 · Liability
Workpop is NOT liable for the quality, timeliness or legality of the services rendered by Providers, nor for payments by Clients.
The parties are independently responsible for tax, contribution and insurance obligations.
6 · Prohibited behavior
Prohibited:
- Posting illegal, offensive, fraudulent or spam content
- Circumventing the platform to avoid the digital contract
- Falsifying reviews or profiles
- Discriminatory treatment of other users
- Using the platform for large-scale commercial activity without authorization
7 · Suspension and termination
Workpop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, platform policies or Swiss law. Reports are reviewed within one business day.
