How Workpop works: three steps, no commission.
Post your job for free. The AI suggests the right category. Providers nearby send offers, and you pay the provider directly. No percentage, no middleman.
Need a handyman, cleaner or tutor? Here is how it works.
1 · Post your job
Describe what you need in your own words, e.g. “I need a painter for the living room, 30 m², Zurich”. The AI suggests the right category.
2 · Get offers
Providers send you a price and a date. Compare the offers, ask questions and negotiate in the chat.
3 · Agree and sign
When you agree, both sides get a digital contract with a SHA-256 hash. You pay the provider directly.
Looking for side jobs? Here is how to start.
1 · Create your profile
Add your skills, the cantons you work in, your rates and links to photos of your work. A complete profile helps clients choose you.
2 · Find jobs
Browse open jobs by canton, category and distance. Your dashboard also suggests open jobs that may suit you.
3 · Offer and sign
Send your offer, talk with the client and agree on the terms. Sign the contract, do the job and get paid directly.
Free for clients. No commission for providers.
Workpop keeps nothing of the agreed price. Posting, applying and the digital contract are currently free.
- Posting a job: free
- Applying as a provider: free
- Commission on the job price: 0%

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to post a job?
No. Posting a job is free. No credit card and no subscription. How are payments handled?
The client pays the provider directly, as agreed in the digital contract. The money does not go through Workpop. Can I trust the provider I choose?
Every account has a confirmed email address – by a one-time code, or through Google sign-in. This is not an identity check. Providers can ask for a “Verified” badge by showing an ID document to our team. Reviews are only possible after a completed contract, so read them before you choose. Can I write my job in English?
Yes. You can write in English, German, French or Italian. Other users can translate a job into their language with one click.Which cantons does Workpop cover?
You can post and find jobs in all 26 cantons. Workpop started in Ticino, so some regions still have only a few providers.
